Didn't they kill batman in the suicide squad game? So no continuity then?
The multiverse game where it doesn't matter, you mean?
They should do a Batman Beyond game
Oh that would be sick!!
Guardians of the galaxy is a recent game that had that super hero team play pretty tight. It was fun and challenging I thought. Suicide squad, not really
How? Are they going to pretend Suicide Squad doesn't exist, and that a version of the Batman we've spent years playing, didn't get killed in a stupid way? Is it going to be a prequel? Or will we just not play as the Batman?
They did multiverse shenanigans so it doesn't even matter anymore.
Prequel, or someone new taking up Batman’s mantle I would guess. Maybe the Dick Grayson version, or I think they can explore Azrael? Pretty sure he showed up to challenge Batman in one of the games
Azrael was in City and Knight.
Haven't we known about Arkham Shadow for a while now?
Arkham Shadow isn't being made by Rocksteady.
Didn't the people left that made the games good?
No one asked for more live service hero shooters.
Plus there's so much they could do with the DC universe, not just Batman. A justice League game in the Arkham style would be sweet.
I saw a rumor online that said someone was trying to make a Wonder Woman game that used the nemesis system from Shadow of Mordor at one point.
That would've been fucking amazing. Imagine going through Tartarus or Hades, fighting demons and cyclopes and gorgons, eventually having to fight one or two gods as well, all with that crazy system.
Imagining it now with the George Perez version of Olympus...
Hell, a suicide squad game that actually properly utilized the suicide squad could have been great.
