Life hack for OP and anyone else who ends up in this situation:
A wisk and some elbow grease is the way to go
No need to buy any expensive fancy equipment, just a cheap metal wisk and some prepackaged cake mix will make some great memories
Mayonnaise cake is another option to minimize elbow grease.

Absolutely, I could still have done what @[email protected] said in time, but I made this meme instead.
Store-bought packed cake it is, then. Some cake decoration & food pens.
Don't get me wrong, those home made cakes are usually made day of when I make them. And usually a little later in the day than they should be lol
People love hot cakes!
The gooey frosting is was does it for me on those fresh cakes
A slightly gooey chocolate frosting is fire
The struggle is real haha
