RIP Sweet Wasabi, you had a great blep. So sorry for your loss. ๐Ÿ’”

Our gal has a similar mask pattern & I gave her a few extra scritches for you.

Iโ€™m sorry for your loss. Wasabi looks like an adorable kitty.

She was a very pretty kitty, the blep is adorable! And Id'd wager very loved as well!

A good life for a good furbaby! Very sorry for your loss though, its heart breaking!

Hey thanks a lot for the kind words, it means a lot to me. She was very vocal and would respond when I talked to her. It's only been a few hours but I miss her talking back already

What a cutie she was.
I'm sorry.

Milksteaks.

Wasabi.

Kind of getting the sense the theme here is "OP is always thinking about food"

Which is good, because I've had cats that wished I would think about food more often. Like.....they wish I'd never stop feeding them.

Towards the end she would not eat her normal cat food at all. I could only get her to eat human food like tuna, cheeses smoked kippers, and fresh catnip, so at least she went out high with a full belly

How we all hope to go

Thanks I really appreciate the support. I took her to the emergency vet 2 months ago and been giving her blood pressure pills and hyperthyroidism pills to keep her going. But i had to have her euthanized a few hours ago since she could hardly move or see since she had atrophied iris'. I buried her in the strawberry garden in my parents yard and have been drinking since

That's a beautiful place for a burial. My father cremated our, we keep the ashes in an urn, in the library glass display cabinet.

I need to first get my Nexcloud instance back running, I had to recreate it from scratch due to some drama between Truenas and Truecharts (a third party Helm Charts provider). Maybe today, maybe next week, but I won't forget the cat tax I owe.

In the meantime, here is my current one.

A Real cutie, I'm thinking of filling the void by going to the humane association and adopting another cat

That's a good idea, but may not heal the lose right away. That sadness is the price to pay for all the love they gives us.
