I'm sorry, Pooty, i can't make out what you're saying. Try to stop blubbering. Take a deep breath. Wipe your nose off. Here, take a sip from your SpongeBob sippy cup.

Ok, feel better? Now, without whining this time. What do you want?

Remember your "to Berlin" car stickers, Russia?

Most have not been silent. They mostly said that Ukraine is allowed to use Western made weapons in Russia including Kursk. Idk what the Russians are talking about.

What, does he want us to cheer Ukraine on louder?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Oh the irony....

"I would be grateful for the explanation how intentionally targeting civilians serves the goal of disrupting attacks on Ukrainian territory, given the fact that there were no military objects or infrastructure in the area," he [Dmitry Polyanskiy, Russia's Deputy U.N. Ambassador] said.

Holy crap! Tell me that you've been sleeping under a rock for the last 3 years without saying that you've been sleeping under a rock for the last 3 years...

There is no hope communicating with these insane barbarians. Empathy, truth. shame and hypocrisy don't even exist. The entire society is based on brutality and brazen lies, you cannot trust anything they say. The only choice for a lasting peace for Ukraine is to keep fighting until the entire vile project of political russia collapses into something less malignant.

I understand why you can't do this kind of thing, but honestly I feel like at this point we should just be shooting the Russian spokesman with one of those 40mm non lethal shotguns if they try to stand up in the UN and say a goddamned word. Just let them fall down on the ground in their fancy suit groaning, and invite them to come back any time they want to tell their military to stop killing civilians and go the fuck home, and in the meantime just chase them down the hallway with it until they leave the building where the ladies and gentlemen are supposed to converse productively about world affairs.

And yes I understand that the ICC is the right way to go about that, and that we're specifically blocking them because WE don't want to be held accountable for our own hilarious hypocrisy about our own atrocities. For the record, I am 100% on board for doing the same thing to Israel if they say a goddamned thing, or to the US spokesman if THEY try to say anything about humanitarian situations in the Middle East. Can that be an acceptable compromise? Or maybe we can just dump like a gallon of rotten tomato soup on the Russian spokeman's head instead any time they open their mouth, so there's no potential for injury but the point can still be put across?

The USSR had a shred of philosophical veneer. The kleptocratic petromafia slave “state “ that exists today is literally a nihilist barbarian horde. I like the sentiment and mental picture of your suggestions. Really speaks to the pointlessness of talking to these black hearted ghouls.

Y'know Dmitry, if you had kept your army inside your own borders we wouldn't be having this conversation right now.

"I would be grateful for the explanation how intentionally targeting civilians serves the goal of disrupting attacks on Ukrainian territory, given the fact that there were no military objects or infrastructure in the area," he said.

So the T-80s and T-90 that Ukraine has captured so far are use for delivering pizza? Also, if you give Ukraine a bit more time to get deeper into Russia they'll get to the part of Russia where much more of the military objects and infrastructure are.

Turns out that basically every military objective on earth is, at some point, surrounded by lots and lots of civilian area.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Boneheads. They initiated an entirely unnecessary conflict. They didn't see this as a possibility?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

And did a genocide with it

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Whaaaaaaaaa!

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Gee, I wonder fucking why they're silent? What dumb fucks.

Someone should submit a resolution to the UN security council ordering both Russia and Ukraine to go back to the 2013 borders. And then Russia can do what it wants with their vote and veto.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Sounds fair. Everyone back to the pre-2014 borders. Even Stevens.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago (1 children)

i mean that’s still not even… ukraine has a country to rebuild and even stevens would include reparations for both loss of life and rebuilding

a compromise is russia gets the fuck out of ukraine and ukraine begrudgingly accepts that this is better than more war and then starts dealing with the consequences of russias aggression

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Don't forget repatriation of all the children they kidnapped in their ongoing genocide

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago (2 children)

I'm not exactly sure what happened between 1991 and 2013 around there, but I'd argue that they should have the original indepencence borders and that's it. But it's not my call by any stretch, Ukraine and their people are the ones who should settle where the border is.

And the global west should support their cause. Sure, it's not particulary easy for anyone right now, but for the majority of the people in EU supporting Ukraine is financially mostly a inconvenience. You might pay a slightly bit more on your bread and butter, but currently no one is coming for you with guns, which is very much a reality in Ukraine right now.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Exactly, the EU especially is rich enough to pour ten times more into Ukraine without we even noticing it.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago (1 children)

isn’t ukraine asking for the 2013 borders? i believe “the west” is literally saying it’s up to ukraine to decide and we will support them

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago (1 children)

I don't know how willing they are to give up Crimea and I suppose one of the reasons the war is happening now is that the west closed their eyes when Russia annexed areas from Ukraine. At least on the news Crimea is often described as 'temporarily occupied', so I think at least offically they're targeting 1991 borders.

But yeah, it's solely up to Ukraine, and I believe they'll have very similar support regardless of the border, at least as long as they're not claiming anything beyond 1991 borders from Russia.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

yes but crimea was occupied by russia in 2014, and they shouldn’t have to give it up - and i don’t think anyone’s asking them to - except obviously russia

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Russia has total control over the situation and could end the Kursk assault overnight if they really wanted to. This is entirely their problem that they've created.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

Why would the “glorious empire” need help from those lowly western countries.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 3 months ago

I thought it was a special military operation to de-nazify part of East Ukraine?
