Same mentality as
The type of people to cheer on suffering and deaths to diseases as long as the PRC can't get a proverbial W in their little marvel minds
Meanwhile imperial core pharma conglomerates keep selling off their cancer divisions because they're just not profitable enough.
It betrays some deep sated hostility and vehement hatred to the global south. The mentality of colonialism never truly went away, it just evolved.
