I read the redsails article on larouchism and I only became more confused.

larouche is one of the textbook trotskyist to neocon pipeline figures. he started as a genuine communist but then slowly turned reactionary until he created a right wing intelligence network to covertly overthrow left wing groups and align themselves with right wing republicans

He's not a neocon, now that the USSR's ded, in fact, the Larouchites are pretty much anti-interventionist, when it comes to the west, albeit for the wrong reasons... (pro-modern China even, despite the fact that, for example, China may be pro-vax and the Larouchites are anti-vax)

Now, do they align with reactionaries to covertly over left wing groups? Yes...

Edit: wait, Larouche is the OG Russiagater?

I fucked up

yeah i spose textbook isn't the best word choice but I would put them in that category. and wow thank you for sharing this article. i knew the basic outline of larouche but this article adds in an another fckd angle. i'm only half done but it's crazy. taiwan was also sponsoring ukrainian nationalists in the 80s? wtf!

The thing is, I wouldn't call them neo-con... that would presuppose they currently support the west's foreign policy and thus its military actions, let alone neolib...

In February 2017, to mark “the third anniversary of the Soros-Obama backed-Nazi coup in Ukraine,” LaRouche PAC called for a nation-wide Day of Action “to stop the live operation to launch a similar Nazi ‘color revolution’ against the Trump administration in the U.S. today.” They went with the slogan, “Jail Obama and Soros for Treason,” and the EIR published a special report — “Nazis in Ukraine, 2014; USA, 2017?” — with “Jail Obama!”

Paleo-con, maybe, is more accurate?

Just to say tho, they are unsalvageable, they have too much reactionary and reformist western brainworms to do so...

Trueanon also did an episode (or series?) on LaRouche and how the "movement" formed.

They kept trying to infiltrate and take over my org.

Now they're creating their own party with the backing of Jackson Hinkle, who is obviously a fed.

I don’t think it’s going to make sense. I think it’s national socialism and a CIA asset.
