Looks like it. The raccoon has three fingers on the left and five on the right hand
It feels more like a possibly stolen sketch to me. Hand-drawn raccoon but generic stars and font that come with photoshop or whatever for the text gives it an incongruence that sets off the uncanny valley feel that AI art usually gives me.
The design is also triggering my AI art brainworms
That's my feeling. That the raccoon is AI generated. It just has that look

Also works as a horse girl shirt since the cowboy look on the racoon can make people think Saddies means saddles.
