Check your packaging. If you're lucky there will be something rattling around. These don't normally come alone. There should be a few of these all packed together and they all share one brain cell between them.
ONE goes into cat, the rest return to sender:-).
It will automatically upload during their allotted time, but you may have to wait some time, there's a lot of oranges sharing that one braincell.
