Anicca - Buddhism teaches that nothing is permanent. Everything changes. So this means that things like everlasting souls or eternal gods cannot exist. Buddhism, unlike other religions, does not believe in a creator God or an eternal or everlasting soul.

Anatta - Buddhism teaches that there is no permanent self or soul. Because there is no unchanging permanent essence or soul, Buddhists sometimes talk about energy being reborn, rather than souls.

Hey OP!

How would you feel if we came over to your religious corner of the internet and started preaching that anyone who believes in higher powers is bonkers and needs escapism to cope with their inability to find meaning in their actual existence?

I case you didn't get it (which might be because religious mongerers, especially of the missionary type like you, who show up and rub their silly little believes in other people's face while thinking you're doing us a favor are typically rather thick) you're not welcome here.

neither i am budhist nor am i agnostic, and budhists don't believe in soul or god or ghosts, many even reject reincarnation

so don't put words in my mouth

Buddhism teaches that depending on the actions performed in previous lives, rebirth could be as a human or animal or even ghosts, demi-gods, or gods. Being born as a human is seen by Buddhists as a rare opportunity to work towards escaping this cycle of samsara. The escape from samsara is called Nirvana or enlightenment.

Once Nirvana is achieved, and the enlightened individual physically dies, the belief is that they will no longer be reborn.

Cool. Let us know when there's the tiniest shred of evidence for any of that.

Especially the 'reborn as a ghost or god' part.

I like to think that if reincarnation is real, it can extend throughout the entire universe so the chances of coming back to this small little rock are extremely rare and why there isn't any evidence. 😌

but then we would have evidence of people coming from elsewhere.

If I didn't think OP's response would be total gibberish, I'd ask how it's possible to reincarnate as something that's already dead.
