Technically correct, the best kind of correct. Also, this is trolling.

He could also shoot himself in the head. The surprising part? He's still there. Maybe not much alive, but still there.

I think he deserves an award for being possibly the stupidest human being alive, like a reverse Nobel.

Are the ignobels still a thing?

[–] [email protected] 6 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Ignobels had or have a different goal.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Okay, I hadn't heard about them in forever, and honestly couldn't remember WHAT exactly their goals were.

Same here, although they where/are still research related IIRC. Not given to people like in the posted screenshot.

Got tired of wondering lol

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago

So instead you looked this up, lol. And it seems I was not wrong.

Everyone seems to be taking this seriously. Am I the only one here that reads this as sarcasm?

True, but I often feel like people use Poe's law as an excuse not to engage mentally. It's really uncharitable, actually.

Like, I can hold the view "is sincere" and "is sarcastic" in my mind simultaneously until something confirms or denies one.

And it's not like it matters that much. If he's sincere, I'll say "wow, that's crazy, " and if he's not, I'll say "wow, that would be crazy."

[e] Just to clarify, I see now he's a Fox news contrib. So, he's paid to be nuts.

You might also be the only on here who didn't read his bio.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago

I'd have to actually search his name then, right?
I don't know who this person is.
