Why is this story getting downvoted? Do the shitlibs here on Lemmy really still carry water for Grampa Joe? And by "shitlibs" I mean you bougie, pretend liberals who wave the rainbow flag while still supporting a warmongering old racist POS. This is what the DNC gets for fucking Sanders over twice.

The absolute denial from people who think no one could possibly stand up with many months to go. We just had our election cycle in six weeks (UK), the Democrats should wake up, their weird fans also.

Even if it were true, and a result of massive jet lag, that still speaks to poor decision making. Nobody forced him to take multiple trans-Atlantic trips just before a debate.

It even says that he hadn't been out of the country in the two weeks prior. Very odd they would come out with this since they know this information is available.

Wasn't he chilling at Camp David for like two solid weeks before the debate?

FTA:

"Mr Biden also spent six days at Camp David, the presidential retreat outside Washington DC, preparing for his debate against Mr Trump.

The New York Times, citing an unnamed source familiar with Mr Biden's schedule, reported on Tuesday that his days began at 11:00 each morning and that he was given time each day to nap.

The newspaper also reported that he was so exhausted from his travel that his debate preparations were cut short by two days to give him time to rest at his beach house in Delaware."

He should have enough time to recover for the 2028 presidential debate
