Just in case you're wondering, there is a Tour de France app to look at while you're watching....
Years ago, someone did a live feed using Google Earth mixed with the coverage and various graphs on screen and it was the best coverage I've seen....

I have a business idea for anyone that wants to take it. I noticed Red Hat have a partner page, and their aren't a lot of Australian based companies on there. LibreOffice also has a page about LibreOffice enterprise and LibreOffice in the cloud.
Go through the certifications and you could have your own consultancy that sets up Linux and LibreOffice for businesses.
It's not a guaranteed money maker and you'd need to offer other services, but it's nice to know there's an option to get people off Windows. There might be demand for it with concerns around recall and the demands of Windows 11.
Do with this what you want, I don't have the time, skills, or network to make this viable myself.
@Seagoon_ Wifey is trying to claim that it's really not that uncommon to mix Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes, Nutra Grain, and Weet Bix together. And to eat this particular cereal combo for dinner.
I'm not doubting her... I just haven't come across this combo before.
Anyone else here mix three different breakfast cereals?
@ajsadauskas @Seagoon_ My kids have acquired the habit of multiple cereals from my father-in-law.
I just can't. Sensory horror in a bowl.

Every time I get to have a hotel buffet breakfast. I go from 45 to 8 in an instant.
@ajsadauskas @Seagoon_ Iβve mixed two cereals together when one box is running out. I suppose if you had three that complimented each other itβd be fine!
A cereal dinner is the dinner you have when you can't decide on what to have for dinner.
@CEOofmyhouse56 @ajsadauskas "family sized" cinnamon toast crunch isnt a description, its a challenge
The dinner part is a stretch for me. I could see people doing this, when they're still in primary school
I don't think I've ever had access to multiple cereals at once.
The irony of me being so active in food subs. But I used to really enjoy cooking and want to pass my favourite tips and recipes on
So I'm watching a Pattaya 4k walking video on YouTube. Honestly I just find these working girls on the streets in next to nothing quite sad.
Just can't shake the blues. No idea what's wrong specifically, just a grey cloud hanging over me.
I think the isolation might be getting to me. I don't normally speak to a friend more than once or so a fortnight.
That's a big part of work for me. I miss being around people. I feel alive when I'm around people. I'm getting by on the fumes of an oily rag so going out and doing stuff isn't really possible.
Just gotta be patient.

Just can't shake the blues
Drowning in these melancholic hues
Shades of hope ride the rising tide
Adrift but I know it's gonna be alright
I really relate to this. While I'm off work I've somehow turned into someone who goes to the gym everyday (I am so not a natural exerciser), and part of that is just the benefit of being around people. I'm only doing group classes so there's a bit of a community feel. And I'm throwing myself into some existing volunteer stuff.
The cold weather is not helping.
I'm a card-carrying introvert, but prolonged isolation (and lack of purpose) will definitely bring round grey clouds that are hard to shift. Permanent WFH was really shit for me in that regard. I could feel myself sinking a bit before I got my current jobs too, the break was nice at the start but then I started getting a bit loopy...
Really crossing my fingers that something pans out for you very soon mate. It's been a while π
I get it. Vast majority of my social interactions are through work. If it went away, I'd be lost, and I have been in the past. With the tenacity you appear to have, I'm sure it will be over soon and you'll be looking forward to your solo evenings and weekends with Gibson. Hang in there πͺ
The intermittently grey weather doesn't help. I know what you mean about work. I feel a bit disconnected from society without it. The people in this thread have been an essential part of me feeling more connected to people.
we're here , hugs
