Wow what an unsustainable way to use the oil money. The must be better options for police cars, this is a consumer car not a utility vehicle. The criminals will get away from you by just being able to drive further than you or because you are stuck waiting for an update. But at least the person getting arrested will experience Dolby Atmos™ on the way to custody 😅 Anyway, police car makeovers are cool, I like the styling 👍

It is locally produced and for now the only car made in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government promised to buy 100,000 Lucid cars over 10 years as part of the investment deal and building a factory in Saudi Arabia. Not out of the ordinary for governments to give companies money.

I like the car and that they enable the company to produce more cars, go EVs! I just don't understand why you make it into a police car, but as I said, at least it looks cool 😎

I wonder if there will be HiPhi police cars as well considering the investment.

Saudi Arabia is Lucids largest investor, so its no particular suprise they are going for some internal "synergy."

Using 100k luxury cars as a base for cop cars is pretty ridiculous overall for sure.

That's not their most expensive cop car in the fleet. The police there drive all sorts of super cars.
