MODERATORS
was it by chance a Zebra printer? they have a specific configuration that feeds 36" of paper to calibrate it.
I realized this is probably not OP's own picture though...

My guess is this was a driver issue, printing out a bunch of unrecognized characters that get replaced with a question mark. This is only a slight educated guess though
Is it an error? Because that is what I want to do when someone sticks something stupidly vague in a ticket like "Word isn't working" or "the network is slow"
