Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.
Web of links
- [email protected]: "I use Arch btw"
- [email protected]: memes (you don't say!)
The more of these memes I see, the more I keep thinking I should probably speak to a doctor...
Yup.
Found a great Playlist a while ago, good set of bangers and great to work to.
Then found out its often used in therapy to treat PTSD and help neurodiverse focus.
Let's not read into that too much.

No idea if the link works, or how accurate it is
Me on core day.
I don't get it
Pink: "You could be a responsible person and be productive right now."
Green: "🥺"
Pink: "... or we could take a nap instead."
Green: "Yes, I'd prefer that."
There is additional context that "do the thing" in ADHD speak usually means completing the task that has been stressing you out, but that you keep putting off and feeling guilty about. Taking a nap instead, in such cases, is more about de-stressing and forgiving yourself for another day of failing to complete the task and not about being lazy. In the comic, this conversation takes place between two characters, but in reality it's usually an individual, internal process.
Edit: Additionally, I translated "floor time" as "nap", but it could be any non-stressful activity, even just laying on the floor, wide awake, and staring at the ceiling.
This is accurate. Best part of working from home is I can lay on my floor for ten minutes at a time when I get overstimulated
So what exactly is my kid's personality outside of ADHD? Every meme just describes everything they are and do. It's maddening.
That's something that hit me the first year after being diagnosed a few years ago, it's an executive function disorder so not at all surprising but it still made me realise just how much of my personality is ADHD
Maybe your kid is the one foretold by the prophecies - the meme impersonated!
I guarantee you your kid is asking themselves the same question.
Yeah
Laughing to keep from relating.
It's weird when a random wholesome comic really hits you in the feels
I have "eye-closey time."
oh man. maximum gravity submission is the shit.
