I have never understod why Palestine didn't automatically become a UN member at the same time Israel did.

Didn't the UN basically create both countries through the "two state 'solution'"?

Always the same map.

Don't let perfect be the enemy of good. Would you rather things stayed as they were?

Yet another strike against Antarctica.

I wonder on which land they recognize this state.

Or which government. It's a nice symbolic gesture, though it doesn't seem to be benefiting Gazans at all!

That rare moment when Russia is a good guy...

It’s sad you’re being downvoted for making a good point. I was laughed at when it was mentioned that the siberian railway was the longest electrified line that was done on such a low population density.

I’m down with taking out Russian leadership as the next girl but people need to see the morally-grey aspects to life.

Well, not here. Lemming mentality is strong :)

Has one popular opinion.

Suddenly a good guy.

Penguins continue to support genocide (any genocide).

I know you're just kidding around, but it does seem that Antartica is a far light shade of grey, probably should've included it in the legend though.

Yes, I noticed that. And, they didn't point out which colour are seas either - sometimes you have to assume common knowledge is known to common people. A bad assumption, just a necessary one.

Huh, you really don’t think of Cameroon and Eritrea as having their shit together.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Given Eritrea's conflict with Ethiopia, you would think they'd under the Palestinian's plight.

The US State department says they support a two state solution and then freaks out when people recognize Palestine as the second state.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago
