Except that we do.....

~30% of the federal budget is for medical subsidies and friends.

The US pays more than any other country out of their taxes for medical care.

Given the dude is wearing a Confederate flag as a fucking cape (and possibly did this as some blackface joke), I have a sneaking suspicion they don't care.
