I thought that I had wavy hair
Until I shaved. Instead
I find that I have straight hair
And a very wavy head

Yvie Oddly?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Had he never touched his own head before?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Why would you touch your own head? I just pay other people to do that job

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (2 children)

Everyone should shave their head at least once. You can see if your head shape matches your family. You can see any past injuries to your skull that you might have encountered as a baby, too. If you shave your skull and see old, severe injuries, that you don’t remember having had, or were never in your medical file, they might have occurred when you were an infant. I had a dad that used to punch things when he was mad. He even punched me several times when I was a young child. I shaved my head and I can see indents that look like knuckle marks on my skull, that must have happened when my skull was still kind of soft and plates were forming together. I took him out for a late lunch weeks ago, and he had the nerve to ask me “where did you get those marks on your head?” I looked him right in the eye and said, “it must have been from childhood.” He later had what doctors thought was a stroke, and I was the only person home to take him to the hospital. He said he was “having trouble remembering things.” I think he started remembering what he did to me as a baby, and is now faking dementia. I get to look at my skull every day in the mirror, between making him dinner, doing his laundry, and cleaning his house for him.

Stories like this remind me of the sadder times working at a children's hospital.

"Non-accidental trauma" is a phrase that haunts me to this day.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Exactly! Those types of things shouldn’t happen to children! I refuse to hit my kids. When I was thirteen I was beaten so badly by the man that raised me that my mother had to rush me to the emergency room, once I regained consciousness. She locked the car door before I could jump out of the car, and run to the ER. She said, “Don’t go! I can’t let you get medical help. If I do, they’ll want to take a report, and they’ll take you away from me.” She began crying, and then turned the car around to drive me home. A couple of days later, I had to play a softball tournament with a concussion. People kept asking me why I had bruises on my face.

Wow. You might want to look into therapy, that sounds intense.

The IP addresses of the above two Lemmy users probably lead to a local law enforcement office because that’s how corrupt our local law enforcement offices have become now. I get to be verbally abused online by exes in law enforcement, and all of their law enforcement friends.

My father had schizophrenia and said many of the same type of things you're saying here. Until he was medicated, he also saw these grand conspiracies to harass and threaten him. Once he received treatment, he learned to discern what was and was not real.

I urge you to seek help. Do what he did: set up two evaluations with psychiatrists and get the results. Then, without telling anyone if your intentions, pick a random date and time, drive way out of town, and check yourself into an ER or mental health facility for an emergency psych eval. See if the results match. All three of his did and he realized there was no way this grand conspiracy by shadow actors could have orchestrated it.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (2 children)

Did your father also have ex boyfriends in law enforcement who happen to hate him? It is more likely that you should be screened for mental illness since you might have a hereditary predisposition to it.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Go to a different state and do it. You don’t sound well. Cops lie and plant evidence yes, but cops aren’t out there specifically targeting the Lemmy accounts of their exes to say to get therapy to deal with probable trauma.

This sounds like a clinical paranoia. I’m not a mental health professional though, I can’t clear you.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (2 children)

Hey, I’ll be sure to remind you to seek mental help if you ever have exes in law enforcement and find yourself facing the same problems.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago) (1 children)

If I ever actually believe my actual law enforcement ex is capable of causing helicopters and airplanes to fly low over my home and to make people hack my phone not like hacking really works but like you'd see in a low budget movie, yeah, it'd be appropriate for others to suggest I need mental help.

You need help. Going through your history makes it so painfully obvious. Nothing adds up and there are far too many extremely improbable and literally impossible things, like knuckle imprints in your skull (that's not how bone works) and drinking battery acid and thinking it just tastes a little off (that's not how sulfuric acid works).

Your stories are cobbled together based on how things might work if one didn't know any better. Either you're poorly making things up for attention or you actually believe them. Either one suggests significant mental illness.

I hope you have to experience every single thing I have. You are so fortunate that you can’t relate. I hope you’re blessed with the opportunities to relate better.

Since you admitted to stalking my profile, I posted a picture for you to see some past skull fractures.

I hope you find a hobby, outside of stalking profiles, and become a more peace oriented person. You seem to have a lot of anger towards strangers on the internet. I don’t know who hurt you, but it wasn’t me. I don’t deserve to be attacked by you. Find peace.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Yeah I probably will. It sounds like a traumatic experience. I’m not discounting the fact that if what you say is accurate it’s probably serious psychological trauma. What I’m saying is that no matter which is true you could probably use professional help.

Or don’t I’m a stranger. But I’m a stranger who knows there’s no shame in needing help. And you can always seek a professional who will let you bring a trusted friend along

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

I already have. I have already been evaluated. I have also had head CT’s taken.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Yeah, he also responded by deflecting when people tried to offer help or pointed out that his stories didn't make sense. I'm sure it's exhausting to always defend an ever-growing, increasingly implausible narrative.

I honestly hope you can find peace, regardless of the source of your trouble.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (2 children)

Always be skeptical. This sounds interesting though. Why you think they're harassing you? Also you could try to setup your "father" and see if he actually has dementia. Maybe install some hidden cameras. Dunno how you manage to restrain yourself from hitting him

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

I don’t attack people. I’m a firm believer in self defense, but I don’t believe in physically attacking others.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

I see, make sense. By the way you talk about police you seem in the states. Aren't there places you can put your father? Although that would cost money

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Oh that’s the best part, he acts like he’s mentally fine when he wants to present himself that way. The man who raised me is also not my biological father. He told me he had to take the ancestry dna spit tube to another man before submitting dna. The profile is linked to his email address, though. He will openly say things in regards to acknowledging that he isn’t my biological dad, but will then deny it in public. I have been forced to call this person my dad for 35 years, even though he openly admits he has to relay communication to my biological dad. He won’t tell me who my biological dad is. I have had several friends and family members say it is another man in our community. I have met that man and he looks almost identical to me. The man that raised me looks nothing like me. I bet if I threaten to put him in a facility, he would demand another dna test and start to confess everything. I have no idea why I was raised to call this distant relative my dad. He looks absolutely nothing like me, either.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

That's fucked up man. Did you try to confront the person that looks exactly like you or your mother?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

I actually worked for him, briefly. I never said anything more to him besides, “hey we kind of look alike. It was more in regard to having a shaved head, and looking almost exactly alike in our Covid masks. I don’t think he was amused by my remark. He actually asked me to change job positions after that.

What the fuck is this comment?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Either an incredibly harmful troll or someone who’s struggled with something similar.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Tap for spoilerTroll is trolling. Don’t feed the troll.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (3 children)

No, I’m not trolling. I’m being abused by cyber stalkers. They keep making new accounts to stalk and harass me. Some of the names of their accounts are the same as the ones that stalked and harassed me on Reddit.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Oh no are you one of these weird gangstalking conspiracy theorists?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

https://lemmy.world/post/14375546

I had a read of this and I now sincerely apologize. I don’t think you’re trolling. I think you’re struggling with something that would best be addressed in a quiet setting with a professional. I’m not trying to rile you up. I’ve personally gained a lot of QOL upgrades from talking to a psychologist in the past.

These thoughts might have a basis in reality, but the way your brain is dealing with and amplifying them is not normal or healthy.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Umm. If you are having this type of issue for reals, I would talk to the instance admins and mods. I know it is just whack-a-mole on trying to get away from determined bad actors, but using a VPN, making a new username you have never used anywhere, and sanity checking all of your security is a start. Scorch earth your machines and phone if you have to. Wipe them all and start over. If it will make you feel better, take a look at Opnsense or Pfsense and setup a firewall. There are other hardware firewall solutions out there too.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Thank you. That’s all I would like to see happen: For the mods to determine if some of these immediate downvotes and rude comments are coming from the same IP address each time.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

What the actual fuck?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Lmaoooo, yeah the commie is for sure a cop 💀

Never call me a pig again

[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 months ago

Okay, now I'm definitely recommending therapy. Not because I'm making any judgement about you, but because that sounds like a lot to deal with. Please, take care of yourself...

(No, I'm not in law enforcement)
