Most of my troubles sleeping stem from this little thing called, PTSD due to the various horrible things that have happened in my life, many of which happened in early childhood but a few happened relatively recently.
I know that this is 196 a community meant to be about silly memes, so I won't go into detail about these horrible things.
for anyone who read that comment. if you don't already know, war can also give PTSD (especially the Vietnam war)
Amusingly I often distract myself from anxious thoughts and manage to sleep by thinking gay thoughts
