Limiting AI in America will just make us likely to compete with AI developed in the rest of the world.
What does that even mean, does AI have a nationality? And compete on what? Are we going to pit the USA AI against the French AI in a cage match?
When AI is finding zero days and tearing down firewalls, do you want to have a limited number of graphics processors running our defense?

But maybe they consider themselves to fall somewhere else in the TESCREAL acronym. There’s six more letters to choose from, after all.
Am I getting old or are there way more acronyms to keep track of in the last like… month? What are EA’s?
