TF is this shit? Someone take an article about trump and just make convenient substitutions?

Ah, PJ Media. Just another right wing commentary site known for gems like execs making antisemitic comments, accusing Obama of hiding documents in a furniture warehouse, or suggesting a US senator told Iran to target trump hotels.

Good point. When you don't like the facts... just question the source. That's solid intelligent thinking. And actually examining the facts is just too much work.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago) (1 children)

The source is always important. If a broken clock is right twice a day you’d better be sure I check that it’s wrong the other 86,398 times a day when someone might try to read me the time off of it. So while this rag PJ Media may be right occasionally, it’s wrong in so many other ways it’s not worth using as a source for any reasonable discussion. Speaking of examining the facts it’s plain you didn’t even bother to read the wiki on the site describing why it’s crap.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

disagree. the source tells you something. Then those with and IQ above 40 independently research on their own if the source was credible in what they said. Of course if I wanted to repress free speech I would just scream the source is bullshit rather than deal in facts. The NYT and Wash Post lied to you for over 2 fucking years about the russia, russia hoax. Even the left had to give up pushing the lie when the truth was revealed. Did the leftist media even once apologize to you for lying to for over 2 years. Of course not. That tells you what they think of their audience. They believe them to be all in on whatever lies they are told because they refuse to research the facts

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Really. Then I suggest you fill your library with national enquirer, New York Post, Examiner, and every other rag that’s suitable to your IQ because you don’t even give a crap that I said I’d verify something that was told to me. But whatever. Stop butwhatabouting me. We’re discussing what you wrote and the source you cited. Fuck off if you can’t admit it’s bullshit and that sources need to be trustworthy.

Just reported you for being uncivil. Adults debate. Grammar school kids name call and scream at those who disagree with them

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Good for you. It's nice when you win an argument by reporting someone instead of actual facts. Have a nice day.

I'd rather vote for Biden’s dead corpse and hear fox news bitch about him being sleepy for 4 years than have a dictator.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (2 children)

I can't think of a better comment to exemplify how totally clueless people are and how they swallow the lies of the DNC and Media so fully

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Here's a pretty clueless comment:

"I like Trump policies. But I would have preferred a different candidate this time around. As the bullshit of the indictments started I became more motivated than ever to vote for him just to finally end the lunacy brought forth by the Leftists."

Talk about swallowing lies...

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (2 children)

Good point. I'd rather get crushed by inflation than vote for a candidate that I don't especially like but will cure the problem that is fucking me

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (2 children)

Trumps policies are the reason we're experiencing such high inflation. Do you invertebrates ever tire of spewing garbage? Are you even a real human being?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago
[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

LOL. I wouldn't want anyone so clueless as to how math works to ever touch my money. But on the plus side getting fucked with inflation feels better when you can rationalize that you didn't actually vote for the people whose policies are fucking you. Reminds me of some sexual practices that physically hurt but are some how pleasurable.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Yes I think we can all agree that Biden is also bad.

What you don't seem to understand is how national debt works and why Trump era policies adding something like 12.5 trillion dollars to the national debt is responsible for inflation. (That isn't even addressing the tax cuts he gave corporations, those same tax cuts that billionaire CEOs are currently extracting ridiculous amounts of money from, + shrinkflation).

You're a slimy little cretin, and you're lucky you have the ability to speak.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Just reported you.

People debate issues. Grammar school kids call names and will ill for those who disagree with them

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Reminds me of some sexual practices that physically hurt but are some how pleasurable.

Imagine thinking people say things like this in debates. Big yikes, go ahead and report me snowflake.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago

I will bow to your wishes and report you again. I"m just here to serve.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (2 children)

Ah yes, inflation is the only thing at stake in this election. So glad you have your priorities straight.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Well I'm also interested in wasting more tax dollars in funding for the Ukraine war. You know a war that they cannot possibly win on the battlefield. But fuck negotiating a settlement because that's what the media told me to think.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

I don’t mind spending the dollars. I mind sending troops. Lefties want to send troops but not actually go themselves.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago

/u/blamemeta, are you going to call this out for treating leftists as a monolith, or will the double standard continue?

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago (1 children)

What do you think is at stake?

Inflation and crime are my major issues.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 8 months ago

The right to vote, given that the republican forerunner is seeking to be a dictator.

It's not a lie. Trump straight up said he'd be a dictator. He said it on national television. Here is him doubling down on it:

And evidently he is quite fond of Hitler:

In his new book The Return of Great Powers, which comes out Tuesday, reporter Jim Sciutto interviews several of Trump’s former advisers. All of them stressed that Trump regularly lavished praise on authoritarian leaders around the world, calling Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán “fantastic,” Chinese President Xi Jinping “brilliant,” and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un an “OK guy.”

Horrifyingly, Trump also said, “Well, but Hitler did some good things,” according to John Kelly, who served as White House chief of staff from 2017 to 2019.

“I said, ‘Well, what?’ And he said, ‘Well, [Hitler] rebuilt the economy.’ But what did he do with that rebuilt economy? He turned it against his own people and against the world. And I said, ‘Sir, you can never say anything good about the guy. Nothing,’” Kelly told Sciutto. “I mean, Mussolini was a great guy in comparison.”

Kelly said that Trump also praised Hitler for achieving complete loyalty from senior Nazi officials—and Trump expected similar fealty from the retired generals he brought on to his cabinet.

“He would ask about the loyalty issues and about how, when I pointed out to him the German generals as a group were not loyal to him, and in fact tried to assassinate him a few times, and he didn’t know that,” Kelly said. “He truly believed, when he brought us generals in, that we would be loyal—that we would do anything he wanted us to do.”
