Alrighty. Off to get a haircut then "coffee catchup" with general manager this afternoon.
Did not want to get up this morning.

Mate, you're in the wrong thread
Uh oh lol
It's way past time for the cat's eardrops and I don't wanna... She's still a bit flat and sooky so I'm calling in the morning to try and get onto the specialist for this week.
I would not normally have any reason to say this, but tonight I wanna be in Warrnambool. It's 22 deg there.
Beach doggo flies!
Just started watching Yellowstone. Not usually into this genre but it's intriguing so far.
I had to go back to a previous mass effect save game. Didn't gather enough resources. Bugger.
Started Band of Brothers a couple of days ago and just to episode 9
I can't stop crying. Wasn't ready for this.
No air-con + sleeping in the lounge gang here.
Really felt my holiday was just starting the other day and now Iβm back and have sads. Well at least I can tick off some major sightseeing off my list. Was surprised, but the Vatican City for art was definitely one of my favourites. Paid an obnoxious amount for a tour, but it was worth it just to get in a little bit earlier. Tourists are rabid, even in Winter.
Went for a drive out to Altona for a crunchwrap supreme from Taco Bell and then over to ... I just checked the maps and apparently it's Laverton North but it's not where I'd say Laverton North is.. anyway I took the car over to "Laverton North" for a nice wash to get the bugs and road off from my long weekend adventures.
Lovely brrr'ing around with some tunes and AC on a warm evening.
Edit: I mean, I guess it can be Laverton North..
I put Robot Dreams on thinking it'll just be nice in the background but for a simple animated film with no dialogue or a particularly complex plot, I can't believe how moved I was by the end. The yearning feeling of loneliness and hope really got to me. It's got such a lovely old fashioned feel to it. I think some of you will like it
Thanks for reminding me of this film. Going to watch it tomorrow night.
Just glanced at the synopsis and I think it just reiterates to me how weird I am with things robot related. Big Hero 6 wrecked me, the family dog and this.
Yep, emo checking in.
Oh boy, even without the personal robot/dog connection the movie hits haaaard if you're feeling emo and lonely and wistful about friendships and connection. I would definitely be in tears if I had those soft spots
I'll put it on my list. :)
and hugs
I think you'll enjoy it. Even if it's simplistic
I looked at the trailer, it looks really sweet. :πΆπ€π©·
Sweet but not saccharine, a couple of scenes unexpectedly broke my heart (still a great ending but tugged at the heartstrings)
Power outrage
Dear Mother nature, can I please have better weather next labour day because quite frankly this weekend's was a bit shit. Can you lay off the heat and aim for around 25Β°c next time? Ta.
Some rain would be nice. :)
I like having the doors open and not burning on the way to the letterbox.
Brought the ol' iphone in for a dip:
Glass and waves = bliss.
Dinner is rolls, cold meat, and cheese, with juice. Too hot too cook.
Yet another cleaning update: I cleaned. tomorrow I shall clean more. My room is tiny so I'm playing vacuum Tetris. Moving stuff around, vacuuming under, moving more stuff, etc. Tomorrow I have to pull the entertainment unit out and get behind it
