It baffles me every time I see a sov cit state there is no victim, because the plaintiff is the state, that they can’t figure out that the state is representing the citizens of that state, who are the victims.

They're very real. The posts I've seen in the various groups I'm in are wild.
I don't know about this one, but we had a group of these around here a couple of years back. They largely flew under the radar until their leader one day decided enough was enough, marched to the nearest military based and asked to see the commander. She then handed him a list of people to arrest including the president, every member of the government and a couple of other high profile people. In comparison that the screenshot seems fairly tame, so I'll believe it.
Does the poster think that a summons is like a seance? Like they are summoning them back from beyond the grave? Lol

That's fine, I have a socialized police force to protect me (supposedly, let's not get to far into reality here) that has been afforded to me by my tax dollars and subject citizenship.
Not that any of it makes sense, but what is the alive vs dead part about? What is their "logic" as to why there is any difference?
You "summon" spirits, aka dead people. Since they're alive, they can't be summoned. They should instead be invited. That's my guess.

That's what I've noticed the most about these Sovereign Shitizens - they think legalese is just spinning words and they can just identify their legal status based on their own definitions thereof. They all lack one basic understanding of sovereignty - enforcement and self-defense. If you truly are sovereign prove it. Repel the invasion of our military and you will have earned your sovereignty.
There’s one other piece besides defending yourself. Building a collation of entities that acknowledge your sovereignty. Guess their probability of that happening.

When you start summoning things, you never know what else they'll bring with them from the other side.
Well they could be summoned in defense mode, they would be placed sideways and face down.
Or alternatively, they could come down with Summoning Sickness and not be able to attack or use their activated ability until the next turn.
