lol honestly, I’m just amused that the whole leak-palooza of the first term is just ramping up even harder this time

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 days ago

Will you go with him? Please go with him.

"Leave" from public view. That is all people on the right ask of Musk. They are okay with his interference and interventions. He just makes himself too much of a target by being publicly visible.

You can't be the shadow government when you're exposed to sunlight. Then again, the brain behind the entire operation never stepped out of the shadows and will remain there. Peter Thiel.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 4 days ago

It should be common knowledge that Thiel wrote the actual manual for all of this shit as far back as 2009. The Education of a Libertarian, ironically enough. He really believes in his own bullshit, too.

I don’t think we’ll be so lucky.

A "special Government employee" (or "SGE") is an officer or employee in the Executive Branch of the Federal Government who is appointed to perform important [...] for a period not to exceed 130 days during any period of 365 consecutive days.

https://www.doi.gov/ethics/special-government-employees

May 30th is 130 days from Jan 20th.

They can just declare that the passage of time has stopped, like they did for the national security exemption allowed by for the tariffs.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 4 days ago

You mean Trump and Musk are getting divorced?

[–] [email protected] 11 points 4 days ago (1 children)

God they're going to say everything people are angry about was Musks fault and try to shift the blame.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 4 days ago

Probably but musk actually needs to go away, first.

Elon thinking leaving now will change public opinion of him.

Nah bro, I wouldn't even piss on you if you were somehow on fire.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 days ago

If he were on fire I'd love to fan the flames. What a story for my grandkids that would be.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago)

Hm... Is his mouth open? I could be convinced to shart in his general direction.

[–] [email protected] 25 points 4 days ago

Well, considering that pretty much everything he says is a lie, I'm going to assume that Elon will be around for a long time.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 days ago

No way, only one of you is leaving the X House, and it’s not him.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 days ago

Make sure to let the door hit you on the way out, asshat.

[–] [email protected] 21 points 4 days ago* (last edited 4 days ago)

Because trump hates loser. Trump puts the wisconsin election blame solely on him and that's it.

[–] [email protected] 30 points 4 days ago (1 children)

President Musk won't go away voluntarily.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 days ago

Skum has got to be hearing from his board and shareholders. I would be shocked if there aren't lawyers currently arranging a class-action lawsuit against him, for recklessly tanking the stock price, and the board of directors for not reigning him on or firing him.

The decline of the stock and the company brand image is DIRECTLY attributable to his personal behavior. Any idiot could have predicted the harsh negative response to his gleeful pyschopathic antics, and as a supposed genius, he should have known this.

Its already too late for Tesla. It was one of those magical stocks that was far too expensive for its fundamentals, and now that the bubble has popped, it will never inflate again. Tesla is now just another unprofitable experimental car company, and like all that have come before, it will go bankrupt in a few years.

Skum is directly responsible for that, and his net worth will suffer greatly for it. Even more unfortunately for him, the net worth of his shareholders will also suffer, and they will eventually want to take it out of his hide. Tesla will be the first to go, but eventually all of his companies will tank. Its just a matter of time.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 4 days ago

All he has to do is step back. People have short memories. He has enough wealth to weather it until people forget and start buying Tesla again, especially if Trump keeps throwing him contracts to keep up the stock for a year. I wish there was better news, but unless sales flat out stop and the stock crashes, he wins. And the board will kick him and say “see, it’s fine now”, pushing aside the fact that his whole wealth is based on the stock, so even if he’s out, he benefits. That said, could he leave Tesla without the stock cratering? So maybe there’s a way he’s held accountable. But sadly, I wouldn’t hold my breath.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 days ago

I can only get so erect

[–] [email protected] 20 points 4 days ago

Are they finally deporting that filthy African Nazi swine back to Africa? Please let it be that he’s being deported back. Fuck Musk 🖕

[–] [email protected] 8 points 4 days ago

Yeah, it TOTALLY doesn't have anything to do with him getting caught tripping balls on camera right next to his lady friend at the White House table who was so disassociated that the poor girl couldn't stop stimming.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 days ago

Why not? He got to destroy all our public services people rely on, take the blame, then fucks off to go ruin more of the world. Great for this administration!

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 days ago (1 children)

Anybody notice that Trump doesn't give the Scaramucci treatment to people in this go-around? He was hiring then firing left and right in his first term, but this time around - nothing.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 5 days ago* (last edited 5 days ago)

Last time he didn't know he had to hire his staff, he knew nothing (it was an extreme embarrassment, possibly the biggest embarrassment I can think of, Huge really). This time the staff was pre-organized and gathered essentially by project 2025.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 days ago

The planet? That would be great.
