Futurama. I put on an episode and I'm asleep before it's over.

Evidently 1980s game shows when exercising.
Futurama
Pretty much any Fox adult animation
It could have been How I Met Yout Mother, if not for the last season that makes me anxious to rewatch the show
So I'll say either The Office or Malcolm
I keep 30 Rock on shuffle
Time team, and the repair shop. That stuff is just so watchable.
Better off Ted.
Friends and Big Bang Theory. On at different times of the day, but one of them always seems to be on.
Alternatively, Castle or Bones, but not during meals.
Scrubs
Brooklyn 99.
Right now it’s Modern Family.
I rewatch the old TNG era Star Trek shows from time to time. They’re like soap operas in some ways. And I really enjoy the art direction.
Tom Baker era Doctor Who is also a comforting rewatch.
And every few years I do a rewatch of the original Dark Shadows (but I usually skip the pre-Barnabas episodes).
I pretty much just rotate through Bob's Burgers, Parks and Rec, Modern Family, Brooklyn 99 and one or two others. Oh, and my smart TV is on a 24/7 MST3K channel.
Taskmaster, comfort show and low stakes is a perfect description.
Perhaps not what you've had in mind but for me it ticks all the boxes here!
