This is a truly insane take. A peace agreement was never on the table. All that was discussed was a ceasefire deal without any security guarantee from the US. That is, a pause in the fighting allowing Russia to regroup. Russia has invaded with the intent of taking all of Ukraine (remember the tank column heading to Kyiv?). He will not stop until either he captures Ukraine or there is a security force in place to stop him.

Interesting take. Let’s try it another way, Putin can stop his war I mean 3 day turned 3 year special military operation today. The Russians have failed. His people keep dying, his country’s economy obliterated, his military stopped by a tiny ass country, needs prisoners and North Korean soldiers to fight his battles. Revealed to the world Russia is a petrol state with nukes not a super power. This war would never have started if Ukraine kept their nukes.
