As a Kings fan, McDavid doing McDavid things depresses me.

That was my beef with Canada in the first game. So much quality in the front of the net but like it was controlled so-to-speak. You gotta screen, toss some slop at angles, and hit the rebounds far side. Shake that shit up.

We only had him for like a season and a half but I had a ton of fun not having to deal with him on the other side of the ice. I was super sad he wasn't there the next season when we won the first cup. Would have been EPIC getting him one.
He is one of my favorite oilers of all time. I almost cried when he got traded. Dark day in Edmonton...
That's how I felt with Quick getting traded.
Smyth legit helped get the Kings to the playoffs after a long drought and I'll always spread the good word of Ryan for many, many years to come because of it.
