Thank you! Thank you for asking. I really am for the most part. It took a decade and a half and a few therapist after escaping but I am doing well now. Complex trauma took it's toll on my body, but I have a great life and healthy relationships.
Glad to hear, the painting looked like it might have been therapeutic to create.
Definitely. It was the first time I had addressed it in my art, but not the last.
