I bet it's any country with a significant or recognizable diaspora in LA/SoCal.

and it was probably created under the assumption that a "bombing" in a given country would have at least the fig leaf of possibly originating from a geopolitical rival or a non-state actor... not just straight up ordered by the prez and bragged about on social media.
