I clicked the link on jerboa, "couldn't find community" srror. This instance block hexbear i guess???

I just checked the block list. Why would the be blocked?
defederated, not blocked. most of the liberal instances defederated from the leftists instances to prevent their users from seeing/interacting with leftists on leftist content on those instances. you're now experiencing the impact those decisions have on people.
There's [email protected] which I believe allow GoFundMe links.

It could be that LBZ hasn't discovered the community yet. If that's the case you may have to try a couple times before it actually populates. One of many federation quirks. Here are some other links to try.
Their instance and HexBear do not federate.
