I only know this name from the metro station from times I've visited Saint Petersburg. "Chernyshevsky? Cool they named a guy after that stop, it was a pretty good one I guess."
Not surprising they'd name something after him considering how influential the book was on the russian revolution.
It is the most important Russian book of the 19th century fueling the Bolsheviks. I’ve seen others discussing ‘What is to be done’ on here, and it makes sense. Also, I just like making memes that few people will actually understand.
