I don't remember who said that, but to quote random internet person "I hope he'd slowly drown in his own piss"
They say drowning is one of the nicest ways of dying though, although with slowly you might mean he has to swim in a tank until he is all out of energy and drowns because he doesn't have enough energy left to keep himself alive which seems far worse than being thrown in a like with your feet bound to a rock.
Fuck that. I hope he slips and falls and suffers a traumatic brain injury that leaves him with locked in syndrome and that he gets put in a very shitty assisted living with someone siphoning off his wealth as he suffers for as long as we can keep his bloated corpse alive.
