players now have the ability to restore licenses directly via the device’s “Troubleshoot” option in the quick menu, eliminating the need to use a PS5 for the task.

I always thought they PS Portal was just a remote screen for the PS5. I assumed you had literally every option that the PS5 had because that's the UI you were interfacing with.
