Am I crazy or despite writing a fucking novel, is the only actual way they say it could help people who will never take it up is because peak load demand will be reduced a little bit?
It needs to be mandated that if you own a rental, it will have a battery and solar setup of a minimum size.
Otherwise renters are a key demographic that will miss out on this.
