- also concerned about the invocation of the insurrection act, and the possible (imo probable) deputization of right wing militias like the proud boys, 3%er, et al. Hell, maybe he’ll just drop all pretenses of not liking Nazis and deputize NSC-131 too, and aim them at us. I could see that happening in an intentionally escalatory scenario.
- what I’m getting at is we should be talking to our neighbors more about setting up mutual aid/assistance and perhaps even community defense groups. And yes, that means getting firearms and learning how to effectively use them.
