Yes.
If you buy fruits or vegetables at the grocery store, the country of origin or the country where it was packaged must also be stated. (The chanterelles packaged in Poland might originally be from Belarus)
For organically grown food, there is also the eco-label indicating whether the ingredients are from EU or non-EU countries. The country issuing the label is usually where the importer or the producer is located.
