An opinion piece with no mention of who the author is, seems like propaganda to me.

You'll need to attack what he says. It is an extreme fantasy to fear Russian invasion of Europe. US is explicitly threatening it, but of course you need to imagine Russia wants to as the natural response to US aggression.
