I have a large group (7 players) that I play with on the regular. My saint of a DM though needs a break to which I am happy to oblige with a one-shot or two. I'm looking for a one-shot that would be fun for them at level 5+. We're all experienced players with decent to great table etiquette so the table size only concerns me as far as difficulty is concerned. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Really the only difference is going to scale combat by throwing in an extra bugbear or two, and making better strategic decisions. Or upgrading goblins to hobgoblins to bugbears, or the equivalent of whatever you're facing.

Depending on the player preferences and party makeup, I'd throw them some challenges based on their preferences, like if they're all barbarians give them a lot of stuff to smash.
