Given that chat bot responses are a product of the training data that was used, it seems that Western media has an inclination towards fostering nuclear conflict.

because games are boring if nobody does anything interesting for a while... and seconds seems like years to a computer...

We train them on human models. Guess what human’s favorite pastime is?

Even this community talks about Revolution, which while for a good cause, is still warfare and death.

But they're also trained in the English language. I wonder if a bot derived from other languages would behave the same.

Probably. Most languages are proud of their conflicts. Great Patriotic War for example.
