Consent is term that refers to the exercise of free will, which is an idealist concept. No one consented to being born, so no one fully consents to anything else that happens either.

Sure, that's a take.

You can conclude from there that all forms of exploitation are fine because consent didn't exist anyway, or you can leave it in the trash.

Philosophical gymnastics divorced from grounded materialism that leave us with "nothing is real, everything is permitted" nonsense don't have utility in Marxist discussion.

Sorry about the sass, I think it's a topic that sets me off.
