This one seems a bit iffy from the article at least. Mainly the part where they're saying it's an issue that Corning wanted to hear about competitive offers from competitors that they could beat. That sounds like things working as expected.
Unless they’re strong arming their buyers it isn’t an issue. It’s business. Of course the EU is kind of showing they don’t understand how business or economies work lately.
