That sounds like something a functioning government would do.
In America, we get the "privilege" of At-Will employment.
It's the same in the US. 5 CFR 551.431
B 1 of that says it's not the same.
What does the EU regulation say?
I can't understand how Americans cope with so much freedom.
We don't have time to think about it much.
