I'm trying to identify what special edition this Xbox controller is but I'm struggling to find any info online that matches it.
It is grey and red with metallic red d-pad and triggers and has "you died" printed in the centre at the bottom. Initially that made me think it was some kind of dark souls related edition but searching those words just brings me up endless threads of people having issues with using a controller and the game.
I've scrolled through lists and lists of pictures of special editions and can't seem to find the right one, so does anyone have any insight into what this may be?
Maybe it is one someone has had made for themselves as I found it in a charity shop but it seems too good quality to be custom work and is definitely an official controller.

100%! I love controllers that use AA's. So much easier to replace the batteries. I'm dreading the day I need to go hunt down replacement batteries for things like my DS, 3ds, Playstation controllers, etc. It's probably not hard to find replacements. But it requires more work than just whipping out some rechargeable AA's and calling it a day lol
