Good luck getting anything more than an ISP/phone carrier level site blocking of sites like Baidu Wangpan or VK(dot)com. Last I checked, neither Russia or China was big on stopping digital piracy for products made outside of their countries unless it impacts them in a way the government disapproves.
Are these gonna get banned?
as they're on MPA's hitlist, I would assume that it's more likely than not that they'll be targeted for takedowns, other than that I have no idea
Dont link the pirate bay its basically herpes at this point
It's still useful for some old stuff
Ublock on Firefox still leaves it work great, actually. I use it like 95% of the time, still. Just don't touch it without.

Which is a shame, it's sad to know what one of the biggest and best piracy sites in the past has become today
