Yep, she is a predator who is still victimising her victim. And people ask why she's got life, but the killers are out... BECAUSE THEY WERE MINORS AT THE TIME holy God. She was an adult who abused children to kill her husband, of course she got life and the kids got paroled. Ugh.

I have heard of that movie, but only just learnt about the case since dreading covered it; hadn't realised it was based of a real thing.

And her recent apology video, is not even an apology - so so stereotypical of narcissists and sociopaths to show such empty remorse

I'm listening to the *dreading * podcast now.

The real life crime is way worse than in the movie ๐Ÿ˜ง

omg, she has the flattest affect I have ever heard. Just zero emotion.

She's fucked up. Like, beyond rehab... Which I guess is why they're never letting her out.

I really enjoy dreading for true crime; they're comprehensive and extensive with their research, and are always respectful of the victims first and foremost, talking about how they were real people who had families and friends who loved them. He never shies away from calling things what they are; even though this trial happened in the 90s, he calls what she did 'sexual abuse', which it 100% was, which at the time wasn't really recognised as being rape, which it is.

Anyway, she's just a fucked up person. So utterly deadpan. She corrects her defense and the prosecution and comes off so fkn bitchy. Her story just doesn't make sense, and she's too stupid to realise it doesn't at all exonerate her.
