Honestly, in this day and age I consider VPN a basic internet hygiene. There are many many reasons to not trust your ISP and the wire between your home and ISP. You have moderation here, why do you even need to block VPN? I registered this account from VPN, but I somehow cannot comment from VPN? Doesn't make much sense. I'm using paid Proton VPN servers, and btw I've seen Proton having a dedicated community here on this platform.

I'm on Proton (US server IL#263 atm but regularly use others) and haven't had any problems.

Same, I always use vpn and no issues so far.

Same here, always on VPN through proton, no problems. I've run into issues a few times, but it's infrequent

I figured some servers are working while other don't. Multiple servers from Germany I tried are banned, even the most fresh ones.

Weird. I just connected to a german one (DE#394) and that one works, for me anyway..

Works for me as well. Thanks for a good find, I have much better ping with german servers than some other other exotic ones that are working.

I tried DE#526 and it didn't work for me, trying DE#394 right now.
