Andrew Huberman discussed the science behind caffeine and the circumstances under which it can lead to improved athletic performance. Long story short: even if you're a regular Caffeine user, taking a day or two break, and timing your caffeine intake to an hour or 90 minutes prior to performing gets the best results. I do it with Mate and my performance in sports goed through the roof
LMAO. I tried this advice. You go though caffeine withdrawals, but like, perpetually. It never ends.
Yeah when I stop drinking mate for a day or two I get slight headaches. The more caffeine you take daily the harder it is to quit it cold turkey
Even better than caffeine for performance is METH!
Unironically, yeah. Amphetamines were one of the first drugs they started piss testing for in organized sports
