You don't know the difference between weapons used for terrorist attacks on civilians and food and medical aid for civilians?
What about weapons not used for terrorist attacks?
Also, sonething tells me a hoard of russian soldiers will not turn aroud by throwing bread at them.
In general I'm against giving weapons to a fascist dictatorship with an ultranationalism that's rooted in fascist, Nazi ideology, for any purposes.
