Me too. Last night and the night before were difficult sleeps. I slipped into some sort of weird state where I was asleep but it was more like I was just resting with my eyes closed, very shallow "sleep". Melatonin did not help, and neither did trying to get some exercise and sunlight in yesterday
Even just resting with your eyes closed helps
Can confirm it did not. Made it worse
