I'm pretty sure she isn't a TERF, Caroline is a left-wing pop culture/politics streamer.
She's not a TERF. There was one incident where she retweeted something that made people accuse her of being a TERF, but she's got a solid explanation for it. Otherwise, I can find plenty of tweets where she is quite supportive of trans people.
Here's the source of the confusion:
I found one tweet where she talked about the need to have trans actors play trans roles. I don't think that would even occur to many TERFs.
